Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 2-5 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays (except in some scenarios where it will be mentioned in the order note and acknowledged/promised as written communication from our operations team).

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of Your Order, we will contact you via email, messenger, or telephone.

🛍 Standard Package Delivery service (regular gift products, not box/basket) 

• Inside Dhaka Metro: 60 BDT (within 3 working days)
• Outside Dhaka Metro/city: 110 BDT (within 3-5 working days, Sundarban Courier/Paperfly)
• Urgent Standard Order (within 24 hours; inside Dhaka metro only): 150 BDT; Conditionally available. Please consult with a sales representative before ordering. Feel free to contact us via messenger or, email.

🎁 Delicate Gift Box Delivery service (Gift box/gift basket/gift bundle)

• Inside Dhaka Metro: 150 BDT (Fixed date delivery, Lead time: 2-3 days. Delivery time: 11 am – 7 pm)
• Outside Dhaka Metro/city: 200 BDT (only as box, no perishable food items- Delivery options: Sundarban/Paperfly)
• Urgent gift box/basket order (within 24 hours; inside Dhaka metro only): 250 BDT; Conditionally available. Please consult with a sales representative before ordering. Feel free to contact us via messenger or, email.

🕰️ Fixed Time Delivery service (Inside Dhaka Metro Only)

• Service fee: 250 BDT (Pre-defined delivery window of 1.5-2.0 hours is needed)- Required full advance payment. No COD option is available for this delivery method.

🎂 Cake/Plants/Balloon and other Perishable food items delivery service (Inside Dhaka Metro Only)

• Service fee: 300 BDT
  – Fixed date delivery
  – Required full advance payment. No COD option is available for this delivery method.

🎈 MIDNIGHT SURPRISE (12 am) Delivery Service (Inside Dhaka Metro Only)

• Service charge: 400 BDT. Please check the following conditions:
  – Minimum order amount: 3500 taka
  – Order must be confirmed 2-3 days before the delivery date
  – Required full advance payment for confirmation. No COD Option is available for this delivery method..PS: This is a limited slot option per date. First come, first serve basis. If there is no available slot available for a particular date, our customer care will inform you before order completion.

* Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unavoidable circumstances. In such a matter, our operations team will notify you regarding that.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Upohar.xyz ships to addresses within Bangladesh only.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (if applicable)

Upohar.xyz is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order after being handed over to the delivery company. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Damages

Upohar.xyz is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the delivery rider immediately and also let us know by phone (+880 1970 791929) or, by sending an email at support@upohar.xyz. We will try to resolve the problem in coordination with the delivery company.

Please save and record/snap photos of all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please note: Do not accept and receive a damaged product from the delivery man/rider. Once you accept and receive the item from the delivery man without an on-spot damage claim, the delivery company will not take any responsibility after that point.
