What is the guaranty that you can deliver the order in-time?

We have an especial delivery service for ‘in-time’ delivery to make sure that the deliveries are made within the predetermined time slot chosen by the customers. Apart from delivering the order timely, our trained delivery man will be aware of our customers demand and capacity to meet those demands for any special occasions like surprise gift plan or surprise birthday gift.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.
