We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

We believe, if we never compromise about quality, we will never have to be worried about return policy.
But there are some unavoidable circumstances when such protocol is necessary. For that, the product must be unused, undamaged and without any flaws. The product also must include all the original tags, user manuals, warranty cards and accessories. The packaging has to be undamaged and unscratched.
